I WOULD like to take the opportunity to let Metrobus (Orpington) know its 320 bus service is not satisfactory.
Pulling up briefly behind two other buses, out of sight of the queue waiting at Bromley South and then accelerating away too quickly to notice customers at 10.40pm on a cold Monday evening is not satisfactory.
Nor is ignoring and overtaking customers running for the next bus and having a subsequent stand-up row at the back of the bus with a passenger who dared to delay the bus to allow those customers to catch up and get on.
Since when are Metrobus drivers allowed to leave their seats with the engine running?
If I dared to argue with one of my customers, I would be sacked immediately. Why can bus drivers ignore customer service standards?
