I AGREE with recent letters regarding our new recycling bins.
Week one, bin out my mistake, lid on. Came home and lid in road further along from house, bin upside down on pavement.
Week two, bin out no lid, bin full of water from rain. This week, bin out no lid, high winds, bin blown along pavement.
I work and cannot be at home when the bin is emptied. I have to keep the bin in my front garden behind a wall so I can lift it out on collection day.
Who decided on this idea without consulting residents?
