A RECENT statement on the subject of a separate parish for Hextable states "the district council will ask for the views of residents of Swanley, Swanley Village and Hextable".
It is astonishing the residents of Swanley will have an apparently equal say in the process, especially as they vastly outnumber the residents of Hextable and are reportedly being subjected to propaganda to oppose the scheme.
A proposal to include outsiders in the process would be tantamount to gerrymandering.
This is my personal assessment and I am not representing the views of anybody else or taking sides.
