I AM increasingly concerned by the tone and language of your newspaper.
Your editor's rant against the BBC is a good example. He uses words which I consider inappropriate in a family-oriented publication.
As disturbing as the vicious crudeness with which his opinions are expressed, I don't seek to defend the BBC.
However, content such as this encourages the disrespect and yob culture which you otherwise condemn.
Can I encourage you to take a step back and reconsider this drift towards crudeness and disrespect? It's unhelpful.
