TAHRIR Swift’s letter (July 1) about Britain damaging its reputation in Iraq is claptrap.
Iraqis in their thousands are being killed by Iraq made terrorist bombs, not British.
Anyone who is against the removal of Saddam was for allowing him to remain in power, state sponsored death, in other words, not terrorist achieved.
To Peter Sibley, the anti-social behaviour officer at Bromley Council, it isn't a good thing a great deal of council tax has been spent cleaning the Ramsden Estate - they caused it, let them either clean it or live in it.
People arent travelling there nationwide to trash it, people who live there are responsible.
The Westerham Road pavement in Keston hasnt been re-surfaced in more than 20 years.
I now know that if I treat that like the Ramsden residents do their estate, I could get it replaced.
Lastly, please stop encouraging cyclists. These uninsured, untaxed pavement riding, traffic light jumping PC types, sweating off their morally superior attitudes, are what I cannot describe as I'd like to in a family newspaper.
Heath St John, Rolinsden Way, Keston
