PLEASE would you thank the rhesus team at Sidcup's Queen Mary’s Hospital for saving our two-year-old grandson’s life.
He was taken there by ambulance after choking on his food.
The nursing team that awaited us were fantastic.
A large professional team which worked with military precision.
They even took the time to keep us informed as each procedure was taking place and treated us, even at such a stressful and busy time, with such empathy. Thank goodness the hospital was so local and we got there in time to save his life.
If this hospital had been closed as threatened, the reality of that just doesn't bear thinking about
