I AM glad people are noticing early morning low-flying aircraft. I have heard them as my house vibrates at 3.30am.
There has been a massive increase in aircraft over my area daily. Our MP, John Austin, has had reports of this.
As I left my home at 9pm one day I counted nine aircraft in our vicinity.
We have double-prop helicopters, commercial, police and HEMS helicopters, large jet planes, City Airport planes, light aircraft and now a slow, low sightseeing airship.
They all pass directly above my completely secluded rear garden. Not only does all this create noise and pollution, the airship is an invasion or my privacy. Why do all these aircraft have to follow the same route?
Also, some homeowners have put up bungalow-type buildings which, apparently do not need planning permission.
The result is extensive parking and loud music on until late.
We have already had to fight off a mobile phone mast. When will it all end?
I know I am not the only resident who feels aggrieved about the decline in this respectable area.
What happened to consideration for others?
