Letter to the editor: Councillor Lee Croxton showed disgraceful behaviour at the board meeting on the Heritage Quarter (Quarter Asked For And Given, News Shopper, May 8).
He was describing how he wouldn’t let the people of Gravesham be forced into having to pay the costs of an appeal if Gravesham Council refused the application.
One does not automatically lead to the other.
Additionally, it seems a bit rich for him to be talking about costs when the council has still not received costs from Edinburgh House for the last appeal.
I would like to know where the council is in obtaining these costs? It’s been more than two years.
