Letter to the editor: It does not seem long ago many people frowned, or worse, on multi-cultural relationships, and so I was heartened when I saw your letter Aliens Are Here And They Come In Peace (News Shopper, April 3).
Although in this case it appears the relationship was a fleeting one, it is clear it made a mark on your correspondent.
That the relationship was between people from different planets is surely a sign of the dramatic increase in tolerance and understanding in this great country of ours, and in Bexley in particular.
