Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan have been arrested in Romania over allegations of sexual aggression.
The controversial social media influences were detained with charges dating back to 2012 and 2015.
An investigation is pending after the pair were handed a European arrest warrant by UK authorities.
Both brothers deny all allegations against them.
Andrew and Tristan Tate are facing rape and human trafficking charges in Romania, and had previously been in jail and under house arrest after they were initially detained in December 2022.
Tate won an appeal to be released from house arrest last year as he awaits a date for his trial which has not yet been decided.
The brothers were told they could travel anywhere in Romania but were not allowed to leave the country.
