Users of the O2 priority service have been reporting issues this morning as they try and use the app to purchase tickets.
Reports of issues began to appear on Down Detector shortly before 10am, with users from all over the UK reporting problems.
According to the site, issues appear to be with: no signal, mobile internet and mobile phone.
O2 priority users struggle to buy Beyonce tickets
Users have taken to social media to share the issues they are facing, as many struggle to access the early presale for Beyonce tickets.
One wrote “5 mins till Beyoncé tickets go on sale and o2 priority is already down”
The star announced her worldwide tour yesterday (February 1). She will travel across the UK for six dates after starting in Europe in May.
O2 priority app not loading
Users have reported the app not loading for many, with a screen then displaying the message: “Something went wrong. Looks like there was an error. Please try again or come back later.”
A Virgin Media O2 spokesperson said: “We apologise to any customers who are experiencing difficulties trying to get Beyonce tickets through our Priority platform today. We’re seeing huge demand and we’re doing everything we can to help ensure all our customers can get through."
