Canva users were reporting issues with the editing platform on Wednesday afternoon.
Users were left unable to download images and designs from the website.
According to Down Detector, issues started at around 2pm with users complaining they were unable to download from the website.
Problems were reported in multiple areas of the UK including London, Manchester and Birmingham.
Of the problems reported, 95% related to the website while 5% related to the app.

People took to Twitter to ask the editing platform if there were problems.
One tweeted: “@canva I can't download any images. Is your site down?”
Another wrote: “@canva - is your system down? i can't download.”
A third said: “#canvadown oof can’t download designs @canva”

Canva responds to website issues when downloading content
Alongside a picture of an error message, Canva has tweeted to let users know that it is aware of the current problem.
It said: “We're fixing things as we speak and things should be okay anytime soon. Please check https://canvastatus.com for updates. Sorry for the trouble!”
