What is the Minions movie TikTok trend?
If you haven't seen the weird viral moment for yourself, the trend involves teenage boys dressing up in suits and lining up for the new Minions movie.
In the clips, the teenagers have swapped out their day to clothes for smart tailored clothing just like the film's main character Gro (voiced by Steve Carell).
The craze also features the boys clasping their hands together, just like Gru, as well as standing to applause when the film ends.

On Monday morning, the Indy100 reported that some Odeon branches have refused entry to groups dressed in suits.
A spokesperson told the newspaper: "Due to a small number of incidents in our cinemas over the weekend we have had to restrict access in some circumstances."
The Gentleminions appear determined to continue with the trend with some users posting response videos to the ban on formal attire to screenings of the film.

One TikTok user posted a video, alongside the caption: "They thought they could stop us," before entering the cinema dressed as a minion in dungarees.
Another teenager responded to the sign: "Long Live Gru. They didn't want us to pull up but you cannot drop the drip," alongside a slow-motion video of a group dressed in suits entering the film.
The TikTok trend has divided audiences with many sharing their thoughts of the craze on social media.
One person wrote on Twitter: "This #gentleminions trend is keeping me very, very entertained.
A second added: "i need to be in the gentleminions crew more than i need anything else in life."
While a third user was less than impressed about the mess they were leaving behind: "the new gentleminions trend should be to watch the movie quietly & to respectfully clean up after urself once it's over."
