The Queen's Platinum Jubilee is an event that has seen much anticipation, and a whole host of programming has been conceived by the BBC to celebrate it.
There will be coverage across May and into June, with programmes airing on the BBC's television and radio channels, as well as its on demand platforms.
Kirsty Young will return to the BBC in June to anchor a full weekend of programming for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and will be joined by presenters including Huw Edwards, Clare Balding, AJ Odudu, Roman Kemp and Anita Rani.
Hosts Young and Kemp, 29, will lead live coverage of the Platinum Party at the Palace which will take place on June 4 and air live on BBC One, BBC iPlayer and across the BBC network.
The celebration will see famous faces from the world of entertainment brought together to perform for a night of musical tributes to celebrate the Jubilee.

The One Show – A first of two specials to mark the Jubilee over the Thursday and Friday.
EastEnders – The residents of Albert Square celebrate in The Queen Victoria pub.
Radio 2 - All Day Platinum PopMaster – Ken Bruce hosts a Platinum Jubilee special of PopMaster from 7:30am until 5:30pm.
