The following cases were heard in Bexley and Bromley Magistrates’ Courts in the week starting June 19.
David Crawley, 52, of Langmore Court in Bexleyheath
Found guilty of racially aggravated harassment, alarm or distress on August 8, 2022.
He was fined £1,200, ordered to pay £480 compensation and a £480 victim surcharge.
Harry Cella, 25, Appledore Avenue in Bexleyheath
Pleaded guilty that on November 18, 2022, he drove while unfit due to drugs.
He was given a community order including 80 hours of unpaid work and was disqualified from driving for 17 months.
Keith Farmer, 53, of Barcombe Road in Brighton
Pleaded guilty that between April 3 and April 10 in Charlton he stalked a woman by attending her address on several occasions and letting himself in.
Given a community order.
James Clark, of Baxter Avenue in Southend
Pleaded guilty that on January 24 he littered a cigarette near Aldi in Crayford.
Fined £207 and ordered to pay £300 costs.
Morgan Winsor-Dynan, 22, of Elliott Road in Bromley
Pleaded guilty that on April 29 in Kidbrooke he carried a lock knife. This was his second knife offence in a short space of time.
Given a 146 day prison sentence.
Kadeem Osei-Wusu, 30, of Cadogan Terrace in Hackney
Found guilty that between August 31, 2022, and April 28, 2023, in Bromley he stalked a woman by texting, messaging and pestering her. Also found guilty to damaging her front door.
Given a 16 week prison sentence
Scott Patrick Martin, 41, of Dartmouth Road in Forest Hill
Pleaded guilty that on November 30, 2022, without reasonable excuse he broke a restraining order by phoning someone and commenting on their YouTube video.
Given a 12 week prison sentence.
Danny William Michael Swain, 37, of Plumstead Common Road in Plumstead
Pleaded guilty that on June 15 in Welling he broke a non-molestation order.
Given a 12 week prison sentence.
Harry Crook, 29, of no fixed abode
Pleaded guilty that on April 28 in Greenwich he stalked a woman by sending over 100 text messages and attended her address in breach of his police bail conditions.
Given a 120 day prison sentence.
