A SWIMMING pool complex is set to re-open this month following its £8.9m refurbishment.
Forest Hill Pools will open on September 22 with taster sessions and tours of the building, while the nearby library will have a Victorian theme and entertainment.
Meanwhile, Lewisham Council is calling for people or organisations with ideas to use Louise House, a Grade II listed building on the site, to come forward.
A council spokesman said: "We are looking to secure a viable and sustainable long term use for this landmark building; a use which is not only financially viable but which is also compatible with the adjacent public buildings.
"Louise House is owned freehold by the council and the successful tender would need to provide a sustainable solution to bring the property into use.
"We are not in a position to offer financial support to a bidder either by way of capital or revenue contributions."
