BEXLEY Council wants your views on parking so it can draw up a strategy which reflects the “economic challenges around our town centres and other key employment locations, and also in support of new opportunities”.
The Council is seeking opinions on who should provide parking, where and how, and has planned five consultation events.
Cabinet member for environment and public realm, Councillor Gareth Bacon said: “Understandably, people feel strongly about parking issues and we are keen to have an informed public debate about what can be difficult and complex matters. I would urge residents and businesses to get involved in this important consultation, and help us shape the future of parking in Bexley.”
The consultation runs from Monday (September 10) until Friday, November 30.
Information is available at Bexley.gov.uk/parkingreview.
