PEOPLE in Bexley who feel out of shape and want to lead a healthier lifestyle are being offered free advice.
Bexley Health Trainers Programme provides support to residents on everything from diet and exercise to giving up smoking, improving mental well-being and sexual health.
The team, which is funded by Bexley Care Trust, has helped more than 500 people get in shape.
Trainers encourage people to draw up personal health plans and work towards their goals.
Anyone who lives in Bexley, is aged 16 and over and registered with a GP can access a health trainer.
