THE Paralympic torch is travelling across London, passing through Deptford and Greenwich this afternoon on its way to the Olympic Park.
However the torch is currently running around 90 minutes late and Games organisers are advising people who want to see it to check for the latest updates online.
The torch was originally scheduled to hit Evelyn Street in Deptford at around 3.20pm before travelling on to Deptford Church Street at 3.50pm and the Cutty Sark at around 4pm.
Afterwards, the flame will cross the Thames from Greenwich Pier as part of a flotilla including the Fire Boat, RNLI and other boats.
The torchbearers on board the Havengore will be accompanied by London Watermen in full traditional uniform.
