DO YOU want to knock £50 off your food bill every month?
If so, head along to one of five free workshops organised by Bexley Council which will teach homeowners how to save cash by reducing food waste.
The workshops are part of an initiative called Love Food, Hate Waste and each will feature an interactive presentation about how food is wasted.
Two professional chefs will then cook a meal alongside participants using the types of food an average home will have left over.
The first workshop will be held at the Slade Green Community Centre on September 21, between 1pm and 3pm.
Further workshops are due to take place in October and November at Asda in Bexleyheath, the North Cray Community Centre and Church of the Cross, in Lensbury Way.
