KENT Police is appealing for information and warning motorists to beware after a rock was thrown at a car in Gravesend.
The incident happened at around 4.30pm on August 21 in Thames Way.
A woman stopped her car after hearing a smash on the windscreen and found a small rock nearby, which fortunately did not get through the glass.
PC Andy Owen said: "Kent Police takes this sort of incident very seriously.
"I would urge parents to speak to their children so they are aware how dangerous it is, and the consequences of being arrested and dealt with for criminal offences."
Anyone with information should call PC Owen on 101 quoting crime reference XY/25489/12 or Kent Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
