YOUNGSTERS enjoyed meeting miniature horses and rabbits at a Northfleet hospice's family fun day.
Around 35 people attended the event at EllenorLions Hospice, in Coldharbour Road.
A minibus, worth more than £35,000, was donated by Presidents Club Charitable Trust and United House to ChYps - a part of EllenorLions Hospice which cares for more than 100 young people in their homes across Kent.
Head of care at chYps, Tracie Dempster, said: "We are so grateful to Presents Club and United House for generously donating this wonderful minibus to chYps.
"It will make an enormous difference to the seriously ill children and young people that we care for.
"The minibus is especially adapted to cater for complex needs."
The vehicle will be used to take the youth group on days out and to take patients to hospital and other appointments if parents do not have access to their own transport.
