A 60-YEAR-OLD man has appeared in court charged with murdering Shaun Corey, whose body was found in a wheelie bin last year.
Police discovered the 42-year-old's body at a house in Stanstead Road, Forest Hill, on June 15 last year after a tip-off from a member of the public.
Bernard Beddoe, of Revelon Road, Brockley, was charged with murder last week.
He appeared at the Old Bailey today (Aug 20) and was remanded in custody for a plea hearing on September 12.
Karen Otmani, aged 41, of Stanstead Road, is due to face trial for the murder on October 22 at the Old Bailey.
