A 60-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with murdering Shaun Corey, whose body was found in a bin in Forest Hill last year.
Police discovered the 42-year-old's body at a house in Stanstead Road on June 15 last year after a tip-off from a member of the public.
A post-mortem examination did not establish a formal cause of death.
Further tests were conducted but the cause of death remains unknown.
Bernard Beddoe, of Revelon Road, Brockley, was originally charged last year with assisting an offender but was today charged with murder.
He will appear by virtual link at Greenwich Magistrates' Court later today.
Karen Otmani, aged 41, of Stanstead Road, is due to face trial for murder on October 22 at the Old Bailey.
