THIEVES have stolen 11 Apple iMac computers worth more than £10,000 from a school in Sidcup.
The burglary occurred at Cleeve Park School, in Bexley Lane, at around 2:20am on August 4.
CCTV footage from the school’s 63 cameras is being carefully examined by officers.
Bexley police is now warning members of the public to be wary if they are offered an Apple iMac computer at a competitive price, as it could be one of the stolen models.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Collins said: “Someone is going to try to sell these computers and I want to make it perfectly clear to anyone who buys one, you may be prosecuted for handling stolen property.
“If you know who has stolen them call police immediately.”
Anyone with information is asked to call Bexley Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
