DETECTIVES are offering a £20,000 reward for witnesses to the murder of a Lewisham brothel owner six months ago.
The renewed appeal comes after Earl Warburton was found dead at his flat in Loampit Hill on February 15.
A post mortem examination gave the cause of death as multiple injuries.
Police are offering up to £20,000 for information leading to the identification, arrest and prosecution of the person/people responsible for the 59-year-old’s murder.
Detective Inspector Rick Murphy, of the Met’s Homicide and Serious Crime Command, said: "It has been six months since Mr Warburton was killed in Lewisham.
“We still need to hear from anyone who thinks they might have some information that can assist in our investigation.
"I am particularly keen to speak with anyone who was in the area during the early hours of Wednesday 15 February who might have seen or heard anything suspicious."
Anyone with information should call police on 020 8721 4868 or anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
