SEVENOAKS District Council is encouraging people to get fit and explore the area with free bike rides.
Sky Ride will be hosting an event on August 26 at 2pm from New Ash Green to Stansted.
A British Cycling trained ride leader will be there to support cyclists along the way, whatever their age or ability.
Cycle routes fall into four categories - ride easy, ride steady, ride well and ride strong - which cater for all levels of experience.
The council's cabinet member for community wellbeing, Councillor Pat Bosley, said: "Residents should get active and take advantage of these free sociable cycling events whilst enjoying exploring their local area.
"I hope it will inspire residents to take up cycling as part of the legacy of hosting the Paralympic Games road cycling events in the District."
