Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice is hosting its ever-popular annual Teddy Bears' Picnic event at the Hospice grounds in Abbey Wood.
A picnic box and teddy bear-themed fun will be provided for each child, including Baby Ballet, Peppa Pig and Bearemy from the Build-A-Bear Workshop. Other attractions include bouncy castles, BBQ tent, refreshments, raffle, stalls and Goldilocks & the 3 Bears' Cottage.
Stacey Lewis, Head of Fundraising at the Hospice, said: "The Teddy Bears' Picnic event is one of my favourite fundraising events of the year. Last year, over 300 children enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of Teddy Bear-themed fun and magic in the Hospice grounds. I hope families will join us for what promises to be another exciting and enjoyable time."
The event takes place on August 25 between 1.30pm and 4.30pm. Tickets cost £3 per child and accompanying adults go free. Children are encouraged to bring along their favourite teddy bear.
For tickets call 020 8319 9235 or email info@gbch.org.uk or visit the hospice in Bostall Hill, Abbey Wood and from the fundraising office at Bellegrove Parade, in Welling.
Free event parking is available opposite the Hospice on Bostall Heath, Abbey Wood.
