Team GB miss out on individual eventing medals at Greenwich
GERMANY'S Michael Jung added Olympic equestrian eventing gold to the world and European titles he also holds following Tuesday's action at Greenwich Park.
British riders, who secured a silver medal in the team event earlier today, were edged out in the individual honours after a disappointing showjumping stage.
Second for the silver medal was Sweden's Sara Algotsson Ostholt and another German - Sandra Auffarth - took bronze.
Algotsson Ostholt would have taken the gold but she had the last fence down and that enabled Jung to triumph.
