A FAMILY-RUN laundrette in Beckenham is washing 150 members of the Brazilian Olympic team's outfits.
Robin Malkin, from Maidstone, said that by Wednesday (July 25) they were doing the tenth consecutive day of washing for the team, whose headquarters are based at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre.
The laundrette was spotted by the company P&G which has been a worldwide partner of the International Olympic Committee since 2010.
Mr Malkin, 63, has run the Beckenham Laundrette for the last forty years, working with his wife and daughter.
It is an off-shoot from a business his grandfather founded in the 1920's which cleaned the rims of top hats.
He said: "My granddad used to block hats for a living and then customers came in asking if he could remove the grease from them.
"He would sit in his outdoor loo cleaning them and then he decided to make a business out of it, Ravenscroft Road in Beckenham."
He visited America in the 1960s and saw how the self-serve, unit shops were flourishing so he decided to convert his business into laundrettes.
Mr Malkin's daughter, Emma Steppings, also provides a collection-delivery service for elderly residents who can no longer get out and about.
