BEXLEY Council is inviting people to comment on its new complaints procedure.
The council has reviewed the way it deals with complaints and will be introducing the new system for a three-month trial period.
Deputy council leader, Councillor Colin Campbell, said: "We pride ourselves on providing high quality and value for money services and that means dealing with complaints effectively.
"Our responses will be open and honest, based on the evidence available, address all elements of the complaint and provide clear explanations for decisions made.
"When we make a mistake we will say sorry, put things right as soon as we can - and learn from the experience."
The new procedure is available at bexley.gov.uk/complaints or visit any Bexley library or email consultationteam@bexley.gov.uk
