POLICE swooped on a group of men who were caught with a suspected fake gun in Hither Green.


Six police cars and two vans were at the scene on Monday at Manor Park, according to eyewitnesses.


Officers from the Met’s firearms unit also attended the incident at around 5.30pm.


Six men in their 20s have been arrested for being in possession of an imitation firearm and have been bailed until a later date.
