OFFICERS seized two dangerous dogs in an early morning Catford raid.
Lewisham Central Safer Neighbourhood Team carried out the raid at an address in Minard Road on July 13 at around 7.30am.
It followed a tip-off that a man, previously banned from being in control of any animals, had two dogs, including one believed to be an American pitbull.
The dogs were seized by police along with cannabis and a mobile phone.
A man was arrested for breaching a banning order and being in possession of a dangerous dog. He has been bailed pending further inquires.
Officers were assisted by the Met Police Dog Unit and the RSPCA.
