DARTFORD residents are being encouraged to celebrate in style during the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
People planning to hold a street party need to register with Kent County Council by May 18.
Youngsters are invited to the Great Big Jubilee Kids’ Day Out, taking place in Central Park on May 27.
There will be activities available from 1pm to 4pm for children aged five to 11.
Council leader, Councillor Jeremy Kite, said: "With lots of great Jubilee events taking place in Dartford this summer, there really is something for everyone.
"We hope you can join us to celebrate this momentous occasion."
Free tickets are also available for Shakespeare’s As You Like It performed in the open air in Central Park on June 29 at 7.30pm.
