THE Bishop of Rochester met with police to discuss community safety during a visit to the borough.
The Right Reverend Dr Michael Nazir-Ali was given a tour of Bromley police station during his visit on September 21.
Dr Nazir-Ali also visited the Deanery of Bromley to reflect on the Church's position and consider its relationship with the community.
Bromley police's chief inspector for Safer Neighbourhoods Marshall Kent said: "We welcome the visit of Bishop Michael Nazir-Ali and the opportunity to demonstrate to such an eminent faith leader the difference being made by our Safer Neighbourhood Teams in delivering safety in our communities."
Dr Nazir-Ali, who is the 106th Bishop of the Diocese of Rochester, also visited The Glades shopping centre and the Civic Centre.
