THE family of a toddler killed by a speedboat will learn the outcome of a review into his death next month.
Two-year-old Paul Gallagher died after he was struck by a speedboat in the Bahamas, which had veered off course and on to the beach four years ago.
Nobody has been prosecuted for his death, even though neither the boat's owners or its driver were licensed, insured or registered.
A two-week joint review into the fatality, carried out by the Met and the Bahamian authorities is thought to have finished last month.
Parents Paul and Andrea Gallagher, of Repton Road, Orpington, will meet with representatives from the Metropolitan Police and the Foreign Office on October 17.
Almost 1,000 readers signed News Shopper's petition demanding a review into Paul's death.
Virgin boss Sir Richard Branson also backed our campaign, which was launched in February.
