THE vision for Greenwich Peninsula was announced today.
The £5bn regeneration scheme involves 80 hectares of land being transformed into a vibrant urban community providing 20,000 homes and 24,000 jobs.

click hereIt is a joint venture, which will take up to 15 to 20 years to complete, between Lend Lease, Quintain Estates and Development PLC, Meridian Delta Limited (MDL), English Partnerships and Anschutz Entertainment Group.
MDL director Bert Martin and AEG president David Campbell presented the Greenwich Peninsula master plan today at the Greenwich Peninsula Business Centre, Green Place, Greenwich, which was followed by a unique tour of the Peninsula Square and The O2 (formerly the Dome), which will feature a 23,000 capacity arena for music, entertainment and sports.
