FATHER OUT: Chairman of governors at St Luke's Catholic Sixth Form College, Father Timothy Finegan has quit. The college hit News Shopper headlines in May after pupils protested about its religious services. A spokesman said Father Finegan had stood down because of the pressure of other commitments.
