THE sentencing of a welder found guilty of voyeurism after recording images of two naked women has been sent to crown court.
Dartford magistrates committed Gordon Bracey's case to crown court, for a date yet to be set, on September 19.
At an earlier hearing Dartford magistrates were told how Bracey secretly filmed the two daughters of his then partner over an 11-and-a-half-month period.
Bracey positioned a video camera under his bed and filmed the 19-year-old and 21-year-old women walking between the bedroom and bathroom dressed in their underwear or naked.
The 43-year-old, of Woodfield Avenue, Gravesend, bought the camera to record a holiday and left it under his bed to charge.
He said the first time he caught one of girls on film it was accidental.
Magistrates found Bracey guilty of six voyeurism charges of recording a private act and one voyeurism charge of installing equipment.
