Boy, 14, critical following Orpington High Street bike crash
A BOY is in a critical condition in hospital after his bike crashed into a car in Orpington.
The 14-year-old received life-threatening head injuries when he came off his BMX push bike following the crash with a silver Vauxhall Zafira in Orpington High Street at the junction with Court Road, opposite Carlton Parade.
Traffic in the area was disrupted after the incident at 6.45pm yesterday.
The victim remains on a ventilator at King's College Hospital in Camberwell.
No arrests have been made.
