A recent survey found many surgeries in the two boroughs are unfit for purpose because they do not meet Department of Health guidelines.
The number of substandard premises in Bromley and Lewisham put both boroughs' primary care organisations high on a list of shame.
News Shopper ran an online poll to gauge readers' views.
Fifty per cent of people who responded agreed that many surgeries are in a terrible state.
Just 22.2 per cent of voters said doctors' surgeries in Bromley and Lewisham are fine.
Also, 27.8 per cent of people said the care provided at the surgeries is more important than the quality of the buildings themselves.
