A SHOP which had its premises licence revoked over a royal wedding party which ended in a shooting will have its appeal heard in court.
Super Cuts in Upper Brockley Road, Brockley, has appealed the Lewisham Council licensing committee decision.
During the July committee hearing, CCTV footage was shown of the illegal street party which culminated in around 600 revellers fleeing in panic as a gun was fired.
The Met police argued the off licence had helped organise the party and had caused problems for residents over many years.
Ward councillor Darren Johnson had also backed the decision.
But Super Cuts’ owners always argued it had not organised the party or contributed to crime and disorder.
The appeal is due to be heard on November 14 and 15 at Bromley Magistrates' Court.
