Charity supporter Charlotte Grobien, who develops properties in order to raise funds, has recently put her first three homes onto the market.
Charlotte set up her company, Give it Away, last year to take on development and building projects with the aim of raising money for children and young people in need.
She was inspired after seeing television shows where budding developers were making substantial profit in renovation projects.
The company plans to keep developing until it reaches an initial fundraising target of £1m. Charlotte hopes the sale of the firm's first three properties in south west London will get the team on its way to this goal.
Two of these homes started life as dilapidated wooden-clad detached 60s houses. These were demolished and the plot now houses two well-designed semis.
