YOUNGSTERS got a taste of Victorian playtime at a toy-making workshop.
Bromley Museum, Church Hill, Orpington, held the event as part of its programme of summer activities.
Some of the toys the children took inspiration from included dolls, spinning tops, hoops and sticks and a wooden acrobatic monkey.
The month of activities has included archaeology detectives, prehistoric beasts, medieval masons and Saxon warriors.
Educational officer Claire Parker said: "The programme has been very popular and we have had a lot of positive feedback. The nature of the activities means the children are learning as they play."
