IDENTICAL twins Tom and Matt Stankowski achieved almost identical top grade results at St Mary and St Joseph's RC School in Sidcup.

While Tom, the younger twin by a couple of minutes, got five A* grades and seven As, his brother Matt achieved four A* and eight As.

The boys are now off to Chislehurst and Sidcup Grammar School to do their A-levels and both hope to go onto university.

Tom would like to study maths and science while Matt hopes to do engineering.

Tome said: "We had an idea we would do quite well, but not as well as this."
