A MOBILE phone camera was used to picture a man police want to speak to in connection with an alleged indecent assault.
North Kent police have issued the image following the incident which allegedly took place at around 1.30pm on July 21.
It is reported a 15-year-old girl was shopping with a friend when a man approached her outside a shopping centre in Home Gardens, Dartford.
He is then said to have entered into conversation with the teenager before indecently assaulting her.
Her friend took a photo of the man using her mobile phone.
The suspect is described as being of oriental appearance and aged between 20 and 25-years-old.
He is around 5ft 8in tall with black spikey hair and brown eyes.
The man wore a light blue T-shirt, stone-wash jeans and slip-on shoes.
