A BANKER has built a website to meet the huge demand for parking spaces in the area.
Dave Darvill has designed a website where people in Eltham can advertise their unused driveways to commuters.
The 41-year-old claims it would save a fortune in fares and help solve the problem of parking in the area.
Five people have already registered their driveways on his website, called thatsconvenient.com It is a free service until he has built up a database of users and advertisers.
Mr Darvill, of Beanshaw, Eltham, said: "Homeowners with empty driveways could rent them to a commuter from the country. Both parties would benefit."
