TWO vandals who filmed themselves graffitying trains must wait to hear their fates.
Luc Hunter, of Waldegrave Road, Crystal Palace, and James Buckett, were due to be sentenced at Middlesex Crown Court last Friday for causing £50,000 damage.
The builders filmed themselves on their mobile phones spraying their tags on trains between January 2004 and last December.
Both men pleaded guilty to criminal damage after police searched 19-year-old Buckett's home in Church Lane, Warlingham.
They found a computer and a mobile phone containing videos and photographs.
But the pair are disputing the value of the damage caused so Recorder Nicholas Padfield has had to postpone sentencing.
Buckett, who has admitted 10 counts of criminal damage, and 18-year-old Hunter, who has admitted eight counts, will both be sentenced on September 1.
The police are also applying for ASBOs to prevent them from going on to restricted rail property with paint cans and marker pens.
