RAPE CHARGE: A 40-year-old man accused of rape will appear at Croydon Crown Court for a preliminary hearing on October 16. David William Clark, from West Kingsdown, is charged with the rape of a 36-year-old woman in Watts Lane, Chislehurst, on December 17, 1996.
