A TEAM of volunteers spent a day transforming disused land at a community centre into a patio and storage area.
Ebbsfleet Rainbow Centre, Rose Street, Northfleet, can now use the area for youth activities and for staff to sit in.
Volunteers laid a patio, cleared the rest of the garden and added a storage area.
Nine Barclays Bank employees were released from work for the day to complete the charity project.
They were allocated £500 from the company to complete the work.
Ebbsfleet Rainbow Centre's grants officer Barbara Dagger said: "We have never been able to use the area before."
